The terms governing our website, services, and client relationship.
These Terms of Service ("Terms," "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you," "your," "Client") and Beloved Grace LLC ("Beloved Grace," "we," "our," or "us"), a Pennsylvania Limited Liability Company. These Terms govern your access to and use of our website at llcbelovedgrace.com (the "Website") and the care services we provide (the "Services").
By accessing our Website, submitting a consultation request, or engaging our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Website or Services.
Beloved Grace LLC is a Pennsylvania Limited Liability Company providing compassionate, non-medical care services. Our mission is to serve individuals and families by providing dependable in-home care, child care, and pet care services that bring comfort, dignity, and peace of mind.
⚠ PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT LIMITS OUR LIABILITY AND CLARIFIES THE NATURE OF OUR SERVICES.

The information provided on our Website, in our marketing materials, and by our staff is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical, legal, or professional advice. Always consult qualified healthcare professionals for medical decisions regarding your loved ones.
Nothing in these Terms, our Website, or our Services creates a healthcare provider-patient relationship. Our caregivers are employees or contractors of Beloved Grace LLC providing non-medical support services. The relationship between Beloved Grace LLC and our clients is a care services agreement, not a healthcare provider-patient relationship.
In case of a medical or other emergency, call 911 immediately. While our caregivers are trained in basic emergency response procedures, they are not emergency medical providers. Do not rely on Beloved Grace LLC or our caregivers for emergency medical care. We will cooperate with emergency services and follow established emergency protocols, but the primary responsibility for emergency response lies with emergency services (911).
Our in-home care services may include:
Our child care services may include:
Our pet care services may include:
The specific scope, schedule, and details of services will be agreed upon in a written care plan between Beloved Grace LLC and the client (or the client's authorized representative) prior to the commencement of services.

Failure to disclose relevant care needs information may compromise the quality and safety of care. Beloved Grace LLC shall not be liable for any harm resulting from the client's failure to provide accurate and complete information.
Service schedules will be established in your care plan. We will make every reasonable effort to maintain consistent caregivers and schedules. However, we reserve the right to substitute caregivers when necessary due to illness, scheduling conflicts, or other circumstances.
We request at least 24 hours advance notice for any cancellation or schedule change. Repeated cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, or a pattern of no-shows, may result in:
In the event of severe weather, natural disasters, or other emergencies, services may be delayed, modified, or suspended at our discretion to ensure the safety of our caregivers and clients. We will communicate any changes as promptly as possible.

We believe in resolving concerns through open communication. If you have a concern or dispute regarding our Services, we ask that you follow this process:
As a first step, please contact us directly at (717) 634-0273 or llcbelovedgrace@gmail.com. Most concerns can be resolved through direct, good faith communication. Both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through informal negotiation for a period of at least 30 days before initiating formal proceedings.
If informal negotiation does not resolve the dispute, either party may request mediation through a mutually agreed-upon mediator in York County, Pennsylvania. The costs of mediation shall be shared equally between the parties.
If mediation does not resolve the dispute, any remaining controversy or claim shall be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, conducted in York County, Pennsylvania. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, and judgment upon the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Either party may bring an individual action in small claims court for disputes within the court's jurisdictional limits.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any legal proceedings not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in York County, Pennsylvania.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its original intent.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any individual care agreement you enter into with Beloved Grace LLC, constitute the entire agreement between you and Beloved Grace LLC regarding the subject matter hereof. These Terms supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings, whether written or oral.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will:
For existing clients, material changes to these Terms will be communicated in writing and will take effect 30 days after notification. Your continued use of our Website or Services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
